Ordering
When you place an order to purchase a product or service from the Talklets Shop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details. Payment is dealt with direct by Worldpay PLC who use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit cards and personal details submitted over the internet. They will confirm your purchase using a digital receipt and offer you the possibility of reviewing your transaction using their customer management system. We do not hold details of your debit/credit card.
Return Policy
Defects in items supplied from the Talklets Shop. If you find a defect in that you have received in a tangible medium from the Talklets Shop or that you have downloaded or attempted to download from the Talklets Site or if the content is incomplete or not as warranted above, your sole remedy (provided you meet the registration, technical and payment requirements for use of the service) is to email customer service via support@textic.com to inform us of the defect within seven (7) days of first downloading the material. You will be asked to document the defect and we will then consult with you on proper downloading procedures and hardware requirements. If, thereafter, you are still unable to access a working service you may attempt at a later time to download a new copy of Talklets, or Talklets will provide you with a replacement installation or a refund on your Talklets Account at Talklets’ sole discretion.
Return of Faulty Goods.
If you find that any other Goods (apart from services mentioned above) supplied from the Talklets Shop, to be faulty or defective, we offer the return facility set out below.
We will accept the return of defective Goods for full refund or replacement (at our sole discretion), if, but only if, the Goods are returned within seven (7) business days of delivery. This does not apply if the Goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by you or not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. On receipt of the returned Goods, we will test them to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, such items are found to be in working order without defect, we will return them to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
Return of Non-faulty Goods.
You may return unwanted Goods within seven (7) business days of delivery (“cooling off period”). If the Goods are sealed (such as audio or video recording materials or computer software) you may only return the Goods if the seals have not been broken. Please see below for details of the Returns Procedure. If you are a consumer (i.e. acting in your personal rather than a business capacity) this right of return satisfies your statutory right to return goods as set out in more detail in below.
Credit and Debit Card Payment.
You may only pay for the Products on-line by supplying your credit/debit card details in the on-line order form. All purchases made are subject to authorisation by the issuing card authority. We take precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Unless we are negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order. For details of the security measures we employ must read the Privacy Policy. Services are paid for monthly in advance and charged to your nominated credit or debit card and extra hours added during a given month are applicable to that month only. After the seven day cooling off period the minimum subscription period is three (3) months after which you may cancel your account. Cancellations are effective from the end of the month during which cancellation is made as long as two weeks notice is given before then end of the month.
Right to Change Prices.
Prices of all Products are subject to change upon notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Textic Site or the Talklets Service.
Prices of Talklets Plans are subject to change upon notice via email to you.? In the event of such a change, you will have the right to cancel your Talklets Plan without penalty within ten (14) days of receipt of notice.
Agreement to Pay.
You agree that you will pay in a timely fashion, and that we may charge your credit and/or debit card for any Product and for any additional amounts (including VAT and any other taxes and late fees, as applicable) as may be accrued by or in connection with your Talklets Account(s) (collectively, "Talklets Fees").
You are responsible for the timely payment of all Talklets Fees and for providing the Talklets Shop with a valid credit or debit card for payment of all Talklets Fees.
All Talklets Fees will be billed to the credit/debit card you designated during the registration process. If you want to designate a different credit/debit card or there is a change in your credit/debit card status, you must change your credit/debit card information online at the "My Account" section of the Talklets or by contacting Customer Service at 01628-407368 There may be a temporary disruption in the ability to use the Talklets Service until THD can verify the validity of the new credit/debit card information.
You agree that THD may use all legal means available to collect Talklets Fees should our attempts to charge your credit/debit card on record fail for any reason. THD will charge you for any collection and legal fees it pays while collecting Talklets Fees from you.
Cookies.
Cookies are small pieces of text information created by websites and stored on your computer. Our shopping cart system and the Talkletrs system itself uses cookies to help maintain your shopping cart while you browse our store or use the talk service. Use of cookies with our shopping cart is not compulsory, but we cannot guarantee that our shopping cart will work for you if you have cookies disabled in your browser. No other information is stored in cookies, and cookies are not used for any other purpose.
Protection.
We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All customer's email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products or general advice about our products which may benefit them. Customers are free to opt out of the news services by following the instructions on the bottom of each news email.
Consent.
Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.
Spam
We do not send random marketing emails to personal or Business email addresses Associates We are pleased to be supported by our shop associate SEN Marketing who stock and ship the products for us
