Talklets from Textic is a sophisticated text-to-speech system for use on websites. Talklets reads text quickly and clearly in a lifelike voice. To use Talklets on your PC or Mac, we recommend the following specification hardware and software.
For website owners
Talklets is delivered as a service, so the only technical requirement is the ability to add a small element of enabling code to each page on the website which is to be speech enabled. When this code is added, and the website is enabled on the Talklets remote system, the text-to-speech facility will be enabled using the voice and language you have subscribed to.
For end users

When Talklets is deployed on a specific website by the website owner, visitors require no extra downloads or services to use the service, assuming their machine and software meet the basic technical requirements.

We recommend a broadband connection.
